At Project Baakha, every order is packed with care and creativity. Please read our policy below before placing an order. 

Physical Products (Books, Bundles, Goodies) 

• All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our end. 

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. 

• Approved returns for damaged items will be eligible for a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs.
